Loan account goes in arrears

Business case: A 3rd party system must be notified when a loan account with a loan amount higher than 1 million goes in arrears. This will apply for individual client only. The receiving end is exposing an API which is able to receive POST calls with a JSON payload containing client id, loan id, the current date when the loan goes in arrears and the loan amount.
